Availability


We have a limited selection Biohort storage units in store and can show you the quality level. But with the number of colours and accessories it is not possible to stock everything so most items will be made to your order for you.

Please see individual variant information for approximate lead-times. Please note that this changes daily. Unless this reads 'available now', please normally allow 2-3 weeks for delivery*, however please do contact us as we can depending on the time of year, on certain items, potentially improve on this delivery time.

Important Note: The delivery address MUST be accessible for a 38 ton lorry. Please check if you are in any doubt as you may be liable for delivery costs otherwise.
The telephone number at which you can be contacted during the day must be added to your order and note that there MUST always be someone there to sign for the goods.

The haulage firm responsible will contact you in advance to inform you and arrange the exact time and date of delivery. Exact delivery dates can be arranged for a surcharge.
The delivery will then take place during the course of the specified day.
Please Note: These heavy items are delivered to kerbside only and delivered on a pallet. The haulier will not remove the pallet. If you have any queries please call to discuss.

*lead time is from the date you confirm acceptance of 'made to order' and delivery conditions which will be emailed to you.

 Don't forget to add any delivery notes at the checkout if your property is hard to find. We will email you following receipt of your order to confirm that you understand the delivery conditions.

Costs

• Delivery to UK Mainland is just £9.95 (larger volume orders may incur additional costs, however we will advise accordingly)
• FREE click and collect/next day/weekend/express delivery options are NOT available on Biohort items, so please do not select this option as they may still be shown.

• Check the availability date below the item price. This item will normally be despatched from that date, to most destinations.

Overseas Deliveries

Overseas and non mainland UK delivery charges are estimated at check out and we reserve the right to discuss a further charge if appropriate, however will not ship the item until we have your agreement. See our overseas delivery for more details.
