The BioHort Smart Plus foundation provides an even foundation for installing all BioHort garden sheds on uneven or sloping surfaces. Aluminium floor frame and aluminium floor panel are not required with this foundation.
Unlike the SmartBase foundation, this SmartBasePLUS system includes ground screws instead of adjustable feet. These are screwed directly into the ground and thus compensate for slopes of up to 15 cm (extensions are available on request for greater height differences). The set includes all connecting parts including a special tool for inserting ground screw, the ground screw is an all-in-one solution.
The benefit of the Smart Base Plus foundation is there is little soil excavation required, only need to remove large stones, no gravel sub-base and no concreting needed.
Suitable for the HighLine, AvantGarde, Europa and the Equipment Locker 150, 190 and 190L.
The floor can be loaded with up to 200 kg per square metre.
You will require a hammer drill with a Ø40 x 600 mm drill bit.
Ground screws for side canopies are not included, but can be ordered separately.
