Plancha cooking gives a fresh take on alfresco entertaining, the flat steel plancha surrounds the central kadai bowl. On the flat steel plate you can cook and sear meats, fish and vegetables with a minimal amount of oil. The plancha slopes inwards so any excess oil or fat drains back into the kadai.
