Bistro chairs were created at the end of the 19th century for French cafe owners. This style has been updated and developed by Fermob to La Mome chair, taking its name from the nickname given to Edith Piaff (kid).
La Mome is more comfortable than the original bistro chair due to its wider and deeper seat. Plus, it is even easier to fold and carry, making it an elegant and practical choice.
Available in 25 colours.
Made in France by Fermob, using top grade steel, with an anti rust treatment and 100% UV resistant powder coating to prevent fading in the sunlight.

Please note these chairs must be ordered in pairs of the same colour. We can order singles in but there is a 15% surcharge. Please contact us if you wish to choose this option.
There isn't a specific La Mome cushion for this chair but the Bistro chair cushions can be used on the La Mome chair, the cushion sits in the centre of the chair, but it doesn't cover the curved sides.

We do keep a wide range of Fermob and Bistro furniture in stock, but with such a wide colour palette it is difficult to balance this, particularly at peak times.
Please see the individual variant information for lead-times and note that this changes daily. Unless this reads 'available now', there will be a wait whilst your product is made*.
We receive regular weekly shipments from the Fermob Factory in Lyon and thankfully lead times are returning to normal after the disruption of the last few years.
Don't forget to add any delivery notes at the checkout if your property is hard to find or if there are access issues for large vans.
