This is a Yugoslavian variety of parsnips which produces a large sweet root making it ideal for roasting, They do like a good frost before lifting to ensure the best quality and flavour, which means they can sit in the ground until you are ready to use them.
Easy to grow, sow thinly into the ground when the soil is warm. then thin as required when the first shoots appear.
Pick when they are small and tender, wash and steam or roast with other root vegetables.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to Brexit related restrictions on certain items, unfortunately, we cannot at present send our seeds or kits containing seeds outside of mainland UK, (including Northern Ireland) without incurring huge additional costs. Whilst items can be added to the basket, if there is a location we cannot send to you will be advised at the basket stage when your delivery location is identified. The situation regarding Northern Ireland may improve in September 2024 following the implementation of the Windsor Protocol. Don't blame us we didn't vote for it!
