This leek is excellent for growing in colder climes as it has good resistance to low temperatures.The leek itself has a large round white stalk and deep green leaves, it is perfect for sauteing or using in casseroles.
Sow the leeks directly in to the ground under cover in late winter or early Spring, when the seedlings appear then thin out to give them room to grow.
This leek is ideal for harvesting in the Autumn and Winter months.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to Brexit related restrictions on certain items, unfortunately, we cannot at present send our seeds or kits containing seeds outside of mainland UK, (including Northern Ireland) without incurring huge additional costs. Whilst items can be added to the basket, if there is a location we cannot send to you will be advised at the basket stage when your delivery location is identified. The situation regarding Northern Ireland may improve in September 2024 following the implementation of the Windsor Protocol. Don't blame us we didn't vote for it!
