Maintenance - A quick wash with a non-foaming mild detergent every three months will do the trick.

To clean spots on the rope: apply a mist of a soapy water solution with a spray bottle and then work the solution into the rope with a soft cloth by patting or rubbing lightly.
Rinse the solution thoroughly and then blot excess moisture from the rope using a soft cloth and allow air-drying.

We do keep Vincent Sheppard samples in stock, but with such a wide colour palette it is not possible to supply from stock, and hence items are supplied on a made-to-order basis.
Please see individual variant information for lead-times. Please note that this changes daily. Unless this reads 'available now', please normally allow 4-6 weeks for delivery*, however please do contact us as we can depending on the time of year, on certain items, improve on this delivery time. We receive regular shipments from the factory and if earlier dates are indicated this should be your guide but you should call us to discuss on 0345 6052505.

*lead time is from the date you confirm in writing your acceptance of 'made to order' conditions which will be emailed to you on receipt of your order.

• Delivery to UK Mainland is just £9.95 (larger volume orders may incur additional costs, however we will advise accordingly)

Overseas Deliveries
