Easy to grow and with a very dark skin this heirloom tomato is a great addition to the salad bowl.
It is a climber and it produces a good number of fruits which have a slight tartness which makes it ideal for salads.
It will need support with canes, try in a patio planters in a sheltered warm corner or greenhouse.
The fruit has a lovely flavour, tart but yet sweet.
Ideal for mixed tomato salads, try tossed in an olive oil dressing and garnished with croutons and fresh basil.
