These Red Cherry seeds are known as 'Piccante Calabrese' or hot of Calabria. The chillies are round, spicy and traditionally stuffed with tuna and arranged into jars of olive oil. Or of course they can be stuffed with mozzarella for a delicious antipasto dish.
