Delicious and tasty, white seeds with stringless pod, you may not need to top and tail them. Simply steam for a couple of minutes, toss in butter and sprinkle with fresh salt, perfect served with roast lamb or monkfish.
If you have a glut then this bean is suitable for freezing.
