BioHort WoodStock Wood Store is a practical wood storage for all your outdoor necessities. The Wood Store is available in 2 different sizes.
All of the boxes are delivered flat-packed with fixings and instructions included.
This product is an assembly service on the items, full details of the service should be seen on the specification and delivery sections.
Please note that delivery and installation may not be possible on the same day, as the installation is carried out separately to the delivery.
The ground for installation MUST be flat and level and prepared in advance, this is NOT a service which is offered.
The installation team is unable to carry a shed or build through your property, if it needs bringing through premises this needs to have taken place before the assembly team arrives.

If you would like to order this separate assembly service then please ensure:
The base has been constructed in-line with Biohort guidelines ahead of assembly taking place. The team are unable to do any groundworks.
Suitable bases include:
A reinforced concrete foundation on a gravel base is a high-quality foundation option. Or A good and inexpensive solution is foundation stones laid on a gravel base.
The ground for installation must be flat and level without any sloping.
NOTE: If we are asked to and agree to install on a base that is not suitable, then we do so on the understanding that you acknowledge this may affect the look and functionality of the building and we will not be held liable for issues that arise as a result. If the assembly team arrives to find the base is not suitable, the job may not be able to go ahead that day, but the assembly will need to be paid in full again.
Please also ensure and note that:
There is access all around the area for installation (at least 60cm). There is easy, clear access around the build area and the ground for installation is flat and level with no sloping for base kits.
Trees with branches or bushes overhanging the installation area will need to be cut back ahead of time and debris, animal waste and litter must be cleared away and any manholes are covered.
There is no more than 40 metres from the delivery point to the assembly point.
Electricity must be available upon request.
There needs to be parking or a suitable loading/unloading area at the assembly address with free parking nearby. Permit holder only roads will require you to provide a permit.
Please keep dogs away from the installation area and any debris, animal waste and litter has been cleared away and any manholes are suitably covered.
The team cannot carry out any other jobs/repairs while they are there.
Unless agreed in advance a person over the age of 18 must be available at the time of installation/assembly.

Separate delivery instructions apply for delivery of the item itself. This section only refers to installation delivery. The date for installation will be arranged with you by the installation team once a delivery date for the item itself has been booked. We aim to carry out all installations within seven working days after delivery, however this can vary depending on your region and demand. If you are not able to be in or to grant access, then please let us know in advance or arrange for a friend or neighbour to be there in your place.
Please ensure that you have read the checklist in the specification before booking or alert us to any issues you forsee in writing immediately after placing your order and we will follow up to discuss. Installation MUST be booked at the time of ordering the item, it is not available as a separate item for items bought elsewhere. Installation is not possible in Islands off the UK mainland (Such as Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc) or Northern Ireland.
The installer will normally phone you the day before or the morning of your install date to check that everything is all still fine to go ahead (although we can not guarantee this service). Your installer(s) should arrive within the timeframe agreed (if there is an unavoidable delay they will notify you as soon as reasonably possible). When the installer(s) arrive they will just double check that your base is suitable and everything is present for the installation, then they will start the erection process of your item for you. The installer(s) will be happy to answer any questions you may have. If you want to oversee the build they are more than happy for you to be there. If you want to get on and leave them to it, they will be able to give you an estimated time that the install should be nearing completion.
In most UK mainland areas there is no additional 'delivery charge' for installation apart from the installation cost itself, however there will be a delivery supplement for installations in the following postcodes TR, PLl, TQ (Devon & Cornwall) and the Scottish Highlands (KW,IV,AB,PH,PA,DD). This is to cover the additional travelling time involved.
