Pak Choi is very easy to grow, simply sow the seeds thinly directly into warm soil from mid Spring. This variety is vigorous with intense green leaves and large fleshy white stalks. They are a really high quality vegetable and much cheaper to grow your own than buy expensive ones in the supermarkets.
The leaves can be grown as baby leaves for use either for sautes or steaming or even in salad.
They can be left to mature and then harvested during the late Summer months.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to Brexit related restrictions on certain items, unfortunately, we cannot at present send our seeds or kits containing seeds outside of mainland UK, (including Northern Ireland) without incurring huge additional costs. Whilst items can be added to the basket, if there is a location we cannot send to you will be advised at the basket stage when your delivery location is identified. The situation regarding Northern Ireland may improve in September 2024 following the implementation of the Windsor Protocol. Don't blame us we didn't vote for it!
